Attorney Tom Somos

Tom believes that it is important to keep his clients well informed during every stage of their case. Additionally, Tom strives to help his clients understand the intricacies of the legal process. He believes that frequent communication is the key to ensuring the finest legal representation.

He has over twenty years of litigation experience. During his tenure, Tom was named as an Ohio “Rising Star” by a national legal publication in the year 2006. In 2018, he was selected as a top 100 Civil Plaintiff Lawyer for the National Trial Lawyers Association. In 2019, he was recognized for excellence in personal injury law by Lawyers of Distinction.  He has tried numerous cases throughout the state of Ohio and is admitted to practice in all Ohio State Courts and the Southern District of Ohio.
